About Me & Why I Created This Course
Hi, I’m Winnie, a Cameroonian web designer based in California, and the founder of the $5 Web Design Club — an online learning community designed to help people become professional web designers without writing a single line of code or spending a fortune on training.
When I started web design back in 2016, I had no background in tech. I didn’t have a degree in computer science or programming. In fact, I had no formal training at all. Everything I learned, I taught myself, from scratch. All I had was a laptop, internet access, and a strong desire to learn something useful.
Fast forward to today, and I now run a successful web design business right here in the United States. I serve clients from different industries, helping them create modern, professional websites that reflect their brand and bring their businesses to life online. And now, I want to help you do the same.
The Problem I Saw
Over the years, I realized something important:
